We listened to what investors had to say
The idea for establishing an investment product that catered to High Net Worth investors first came about in 2015. At the time our parent company, Mayfair 101 (which has been established since 2009), was working with a substantial number of investors internationally who voiced their dissatisfaction with traditional investment options.
Increased demand for finance solutions
Whilst we were collecting and processing this feedback, we continued to see a steady increase in demand from companies internationally seeking access to growth capital. This increased demand was largely due to the group’s presence expanding further internationally as relationships became forged in financial services hubs including London, New York, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney.
Prior to launching IPO Wealth we spent a considerable amount of time analysing and understanding our competition. We spoke with a substantial number of their existing clients to see what was working well, what they needed to improve, and what level of return would be needed to justify moving their investment elsewhere. This process was enlightening and enabled us to tailor our investment options in a way that ensured IPO Wealth was an attractive value proposition compared to traditional investment products.
The IPO Wealth Fund was born
In January 2017 we engaged a reputable fund services provider, Vasco Investment Managers Limited, to assist us with establishing the IPO Wealth Fund. On 27 March 2017 the IPO Wealth Fund was officially launched.
Investors from across 6 states in Australia have invested in the IPO Wealth Fund, which has had an impeccable history by way of meeting its advertised target returns, and importantly is catering to the needs of High Net Worth investors who are seeking a fresh alternative that provides personalised service and better target returns.
