Investing as a Company is easy with IPO Wealth


Documents required (Company):
  • Application Form (contained within the Information Memorandum)
  • Certified ID for directors (either driver`s license or passport)
  • Completed term sheet of your choice
  • Company ACN or ABN number
To invest in the name of a Company please follow these steps carefully:
  • Step 1:
    Complete the Get Started form to receive a copy of our latest Brochure, Information Memorandum and Application Form.
  • Step 2:
    Read the Information Memorandum carefully and ensure you understand the risks and the benefits of investing with IPO Wealth.
  • Step 3: 
    Provide a certified and dated copy of director/s drivers license or passport. You will need to take your original and a copy of your ID to an authorised person to sight, date and certify (e.g. local pharmacist).
  • Step 4: 
    Sign the term sheet for your agreed term and send in the original forms with the wet signature(s).
  • Step 5:
    Provide company ABN or ACN number on the application form.
